This is an early film of mine, from way back in 1991. When I made this film, the word "cracker" wasn't as widely used as it is today to mean something other than a food you eat. When I read the title now, I get the impression people will think it's a gang of white adolescents.
I shot it in both black and white and color, and did all the editing and negative cutting myself. It was a difficult and laborious process, but I really enjoyed it.
That said, I have no intention in doing my own negative cutting ever again.
This film stars two good friends of mine in the main roles: Frank Schurter and Nick Harrigan (as the young man at the table).
