Urban stencil
Someone stencilled some reminders of a dark moment in Argentina history. Both stencils say "Never Forget". The green car stencil refers to the green Fords that corrupt military police would drive around in. If a green Ford came to your house, or the house of a friend/neighbor, you knew there was trouble. The second stencil, on the right, refers to "los desaparecidos" ("the disappeared"). Those are the people picked up by the green Fords that were never seen again.
