My girlfriend Linden and I visited Paris between December 30th, 2003 and January 5th, 2004. It was Linden's first trip to France and Paris, so we had lots to see in a short period of time. We didn't get to see everything, but if we had really tried to do that, we probably wouldn't have enjoyed it. I never understood when people take those "See 26 countries in 4 days!" tours. Our friend Annie had moved to Paris in October to live with her boyfriend Cedric, and she was our primary reason for visiting. They were very generous with their time, taking us around Paris, acting as excellent guides.
