Illegal merchants
I caught these guys waiting patiently, with their Eiffel Tower trinkets hidden behind their backs, for the cops to leave the area so they could start selling to the tourists. One guy had thrown his collection of Eiffel Towers into some nearby bushes until the coast was clear.
