Parador of Vic
Since 1923, Spain has renovated and constructed 86 castles and historic homes that have become a national chain of hotels,
called paradores. Linden really wanted to stay in one, and after much back and forth, we decided to stay in the Parador of
Vic. It was not a refurbished castle, which was her original request, but it is located on a stunning mountain top and we
