Phone hell
These telephone dialing instructions totally cracked me up, as they seemed to highlight the apparent disdain the French have for the Dutch (at least on Saint Martin). You want to call France? Dial 0 + 9 digit number. Calling a French buddy on the French side of St. Martin? Dial 0 + 6 digit number. Want to call some degenerate on the Dutch side? Are you sure? Really? Okay, but don't say we didn't warn you. Simply dial 0 + 00 + 599 + 54 + 5 digit number.
